Recycling is not one thing but a series of loosely connected but highly interdependent parts -- from store shelves to consumers to collection to processing to the recycler and the ultimate end markets. Delivering a robust recycling system requires each of those parts to be healthy and strong. In this session, we discuss the components of a robust recycling system with a firm eye on recyclers and end markets. What steps and policies could help grow Alabama's recycling system? Come to this session to dig in and plant some seeds.
